It is estimated that there are one billion people with disabilities worldwide who face many barriers in order to participate in all aspects of society and the population of PwDs in India as per Census 2011 is around 2.68 crore (2.2% of total population). The result is that People with Disabilities do not enjoy access to society on an equal basis with others, including transportation, employment, education, justice and political participation.

The right to participate in public life is essential to create democracies and citizenship. Yet, this fundamental right is very often denied to Persons with Disabilities. The United Nations Convention on the rights of Persons with Disabilities requires all states parties to promote and protect the political rights of all Persons with Disabilities.

Honourable prime minister,i requesting that ban the using of panmasala and other related things from whole India.By banning these things from our country ,we can achieve your dream programme,SWACCH BHARATH.As a citizen of india,i know that it is very difficult to ban these things from our country. But it is very annoying that, some people are using this panmasalas and spitting it public roads and ways.If you is unable to ban using panmasala s from whole India, please ban using it at public places.

1. There is need to apply citizen charter to prevent corruption in state and central departments.
2. there is need to fill vacancies in state and central government departments by technically qualified applicants even the non technical posts for better development of the country.
