Establish one central govt. funded girls school per Block targeting age group 6 to 18 - across all 5000 (approx) blocks in India. Possibly with hostel facility. Make local & English language compulsory. Free 3 nourishing meals a day as well. So, approximately two schools for each parliamentary constituency. Ask people to donate money to this schools for Tax benefit for double the amount. Double the number of schools after five years.

In/ the same way as cast-ism had been destroying indian culture classism is doing so in railways ticket allocation, if railways is run by government then why the general class and sleeper people have to be roasted in 45 degree temperature in trains.
My Suggestion:
Average charge for sleeper class is Rs 500/- and General is Rs70/- give us the facility of atleast 3 Tier AC in Sleeper class and charge us Rs300 more/- for sleeper class and provide at least chairs for seats, and increaseRs40-60.

Dear Sir
Suggestion to reduce road accidents
Everyday 100s of people gets hurted by road accidents.Everyday police/slogans inform people not to drive overspeed, still don't understand and get hurted.I have a suggestion no. 1 only this time.According to me a person can control vehicle at the speed of 70 only.If our speed limit on road is 80 then why car meter shows 220 km speed. It should be reduced to 110 max in India.Cars 1800CC above should be banned.Only ambulance/heavy vehicle should allowed
