3. This is about demonetization. I believe that the return of almost all the demonetized notes into the banking system is surprising. Is it possible that RBI knew the figures of the notes it put into circulation, but not of how many of these were actually in circulation? Is it possible that the foreign security presses that printed the notes were persuaded to print more than what RBI authorized? Such notes would be genuine, but not legal. Can RBI identify unauthorized notes?

Sir, people should know that cow vigilantes issues are law & order issues dealt by State Govt not by central Govt. farmers, workers and employees of banks and PSUs need to be made aware that farm loan waiver are not going to help them in long run, banking merger is ultimate reality of banking sector reforms and in era of globalization PSU have to achieving competitiveness. Also, failures of state Govt should not be counted as performance of Central Govt as responsibilities of both are diffrent.

2. There are timers at many road junctions. Seeing a long wait ahead, people tend to jump the red signal. Instead of the timer, if it a yellow light came on before red turned to green, people at the crossing will have a few seconds prior warning in which to start their vehicles. I saw this system at work in Hong Kong. This may reduce the signal jumping and the accidents caused by it.

Sir, in order to curb negative campaigning against Government in social media, there should be volunteers equipped with vehicles/equipment/information to reach villages and small urban area(Gali, mohallas). These volunteers can made people aware about initiatives taken up by Government and also they should be skilled enough to provide counter arguments to the allegations and propaganda ongoing in media. People need to know on what they should expect from Central Govt and what from state Govt.

To the prime minister of people,
I want to put forth the topic of "how to move towards a disease free nation" as the topic for Mann ki baat. The topic is the very root of any nations prosperity. The topic may cover different schemes introduced by the govt. In power, suggestions related medical acknowledgement etc. I hope this talk can help India towards a new era for medical upliftment.
Yours thankfully

Mr Prime Minister,Sir
I have several suggestions to make.
1. Every year, during the rainy season there are landslides that often cost lives on the hilly sections of the country's roads. This, I believe, is caused by the digging of the hillsides to make the roads. Digging destabilizes the soil-layers that have stabilized over millions of years due to the action of the natural elements. Landslides will be avoided by building elevated roads along hillsides like bridges.

Respected Sir,
The mobile linking to Aadhar is very tedious and the machines are not working with daily long queues at the registration centres. Students have to leave all their work and stand in queues yet due to improper system the work dosent get completed even after wasting time in queue . Please create this centre in every college for their students only.
