Sir, I suggest to create one national level Blood Bank Grid (BBG). Any person can walk in to a designated center, donate the blood and authorise any person to use it in any part of the country. Say a person can donate teh blood in Surat and authorize the use to his relative in urgent need in a Mumbai hospital; through SMS, website or Mobile app. Real time MIS is possible. Shortage in any center can be supplied from nearest center.

Hon'ble Prime Minister I belong to Tamilnadu and though I have lived in various parts of India for varying lengths of time, I am a resident of Coimbatore for some 25 years now. Over the past few years I have seen the acute water scarcity in most parts of Tamilnadu. As a long term solution,I believe that GOI can initiate steps to ensure that EVERY GOVT.SCHOOL, COLLEGE, DEPARTMENT, ETC. SHOULD ENSURE THAT TREES ARE PLANTED IN ITS PREMISES. EXPERTS CAN BE ROPED IN FOR THE DETAILS.

Sir, pedestrian safety is minimum in our cities. Vehicles hardly stop before zebra crossing at red signals. Pedestrians have to wind their ways through the waiting traffic to cross roads which is dangerous. Why is our traffic police not enforcing this minimum requirement? Give me this responsibility. I shall impose heavy penalty and withing a weak thing will change.

Dear Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Your Swachch Bharat Abhiyan is a highly praiseworthy initiative which is being carried out with a committed and devoted zeal. However, I have observed that you have so long failed to speak about and acknowledge the very existence of manual scavengers who have lost lives while clearing sewers (manholes) due to toxic fumes, and also chosen to ignore the rag pickers. They are crucial for Swachch Bharat Mission. Please address their issues in Mann Ki Baat.

Sir, I request you to ask our people to be conscious about personal safety. It is common to see road construction workers working without safety helmets, hand gloves etc. which are unthinkable in developed countries. Garbage cleaners use bare hands without hand gloves. People working at heights on building repair seldom use safety belts and good scaffolding. Pedestrian safety is minimum in our country. Footpaths are uneven, damaged and sometimes have open manholes.
