Respected Sir
I live in Jammu Tawi.Old Jammu city has no scope for expansion and is quite congested. The problem of congested roads is compounded due to encroachment of paths by the shopkeepers who jeep their goods on footpaths for added display The Municipal corporation sometimes take action in certain areas and the encroachment is cleared but as and when the staff leave it becones the same as before. It may be same elswhere also. Kindly advice people to vacate the encroachments from paths.

Respected sir ,
Allow supply of material to government department like pwd , cpwd etc. As per required spacifications. Not by specified companies. So small business can enter to supply market without much oblegations and in compitition rates will also be reasonable.

During the last couple of months, crores of people living in Delhi and NCR Region have suffered serious health risks because of pollution caused by various factors. It is high time the Hon'ble Prime Minister takes control of the situation and organize remedial measures. We are not against bullet train being introduced in India but I feel that people's health deserves priority attention. Pollution is affecting crores of people (especially the elderly and children) and should be tackled first.

Even if the Law Rules may be Good but it is of no use if the rules are not implemented in Time. If Courts take years to take the decisions then there are problem with the system. If Victims are to submit proof then Culprits take advantage by involving Innocents. Rich and criminals have the advantage of tempering with the proof. Delays causes Witnesses to disappear or become hostile.
2G Scam is biggest Proof of This.
In short India has Laws but not the Justice.
