Along with the studies students have to focus on their health during and before the exams because fitness is compulsory during study times. So students have to do 10 minutes yoga plus 10 minutes meditation either in the morning or evening. And also do 10 minutes walk after dinner so that their digestion go in a perfect manner and it is also essential for relaxing the mind so that they can able to remember things more efficiently.

Watch comedy movies or shows to relax your mind. Revise till you are sure that you are fully prepared for your exam. Go to your favorite place and roam around there to get stress-free.

Continued.. 10. Prayer is also so important that it will create a faith to God and brings hope in students in hisself/herself. By this above points a student will get stress free exam. Thanks to Mygov Team.

Continued.. 9. During the period of preparation for exam , students sould do their favourite things like playing and watching movies (Comedy is better as it will make relax students),listenning music and others. Continued..
