A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

public services should be quick n practical in nature.. unnecessary documentations and formalities should be removed....rigidity in governance should be identify n quick removal should be put in to action...

Non-Personal Data Governance Framework *** Never the less INDIA is the best** GOOD TIME WITH good people and good government always reflects in the eyes of each and every citizen of INDIA. ood governance requires not only informative n skilled but highly humble n dedicated virtuous staff to handle governance..thus employees should be trained every now and then n also should be evaluated on these bases...

I think that Government should to adopt Block-chain Technology, Because it is Safe for any purpose and get some opportunity to make a Self Stand India. Crypto Currency will be born in India and make a NEW SHINE INDIA with DIGITAL INDIA and finally found more growth in SELF STAND INDIA & LITERATE INDIAN.

संसाधनों की कमी के कारण दो वर्ष से अधिक समय टेलीफोन मिलने मे लगता था मगर फिर भी गर्व महसूस होता था। वही आज संसाधनों की भरमार होते हुए भी BSNL दम तोड़ती है रेल्वे प्राइवेट हो, यह हमारे देश के लिए बहोत ही शर्म की बात है। वजह हर सरकारी कार्यालयों मे अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को काम से अधिक वेतन और पेंशन इस का मुख्य कारण है। ऐसी प्रस्थिति सन 2000 से पहले नही थी। इसलिए नियंत्रण और 50% तक की कटौती जरूरी है। राजनेताओं का भी अपना मानधन कम करना होगा अन्यथा BSNL,रेल्वे जैसी सरकारी कम्पनियां फू ना हो जाए।
