A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

FOR INDIA VACCINE WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING. ALLOW PEOPLE’S MOBILITY AND WORK AS USUAL WITHOUT DISTANCING.ACTIVE IMMUNITY COMES FROM HIGH PROTIEN DIET (SOYA, MILK, GRAMS ETC), PROPER HYGINE, PREVIOUS VIRAL INFECTIONS. Sir, All data processing centre/servers SHOULD BE IN INDIA . SHOULD FOLLOW the LAWS OF INDIA . Ensure that there should be NO DATA LEAKAGE to third party. Ensure that data collected may be USED /ANALYSED FOR DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES OF INDIA ONLY and NOT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE .

Amazon web services is using public private key concepts for personal data security, protecting the personal data is of prime importance. The above infrastructure for data protection can be utilized by indian government also.

Dear sir In our country labour is playing a very vital role in building most of the fields. , but they are managing their own the education of their children ,& health problems. No clear vision for labour so that they can earn without any fears. Suggestion are valueable welcomed from central government.
