A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Rail passenger safety. We very well know that whether it is high class of poors' kantha train safety is not assured. From a station one train with clear signal moves out and this reflects in the signal board of station from where the said train moved. After some distance unexpectedly train stops which is not known to the station control. Next train comes , signal cleared which crashes with earlier train stopped suddenly. Such situation can b met by satellite mapping. This occurance is common.

मेरे विचार से बैंकों में 5 दिन का कामकाज होना चाहिए ताकि बिजली पानी तथा कागज का इस्तेमाल कम हो सके तथा प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का इस्तेमाल कम हो सके इससे लोग डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन करने के लिए प्रेरित होंगे डिजिटलीकरण की ओर भारत बढ़ेगा लोग छुट्टी के दिन डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन करेंगे इसलिए बैंक में 5 दिन का कामकाज होना चाहिए जिससे सरकारी खर्च को कम किया जा सके

Government of Indian digitised the land records, why not updated the current owners of the land in public domain so as to avoid,land buying and selling activities without any misleading by broker, let organise land records with correct phone numbers and addresses access to public to identify the correct owners to be approached without guidance of brokers,hope you put,land survey #,owner phone #, address of current owners data access to public means,avoid Hawala dealings, access by Adhaar #💯✍️📣

India talk about Digital India, Modern India, Mission Mars, Mangalyaan projects etc... but Did India Know? That There Service Application present on Playstore like pmkisan, digilocker, umang etc. App you will find it never works for needy Are always have some problem... no customer care supports...for example we can see in same mygov app.. click on participate farmer Quiz it will show you Error.. luckly very lucky one get entry.. they are spoiling Indian IT Sector Name in play store.

My humble submission is for the sake of Atam Nirbhar Bharat.I would like to request you that emphasise should be on Laghu kutir udhyog with raw material available in nearby vicinity.New innovated ideas of rural and sub urban areas be implemented on priority with incentives and subsidy to the innovators, Medium entrepreneurs be asked to start up units in rural areas,specially backward areas.emphasise be on Kaushal Vikas yojna .Unemployed youth of local areas be involve in this project on priority

The Expert Committee constituted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Chair: Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan) to study various issues relating to non-personal data submitted its report in July, 2020. The Committee observed that non-personal data should be regulated to: (i) enable a data sharing framework to tap the economic, social, and public value of such data, and (ii) address concerns of harm arising from the use of such data.
