A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

non personnel data is source of public information, internet source is with all types of information , to asses the truth or valid data is big tasks, since every new sites , ten fake sites capture viewership,WE NEED TO HAVE AUTHENTICATE GATEWAY OF DATA , ALL UPLOADS MUST HAVE CERTAIN PARAMETER WITH FEAR OF LAW OF LAND & FINES , ACCORDINGLY ALL END USERS FEEL SECURE IN & OUT,OUR MOBILE /COMPUTERS MUST PRODUCE CONSIDERING GOVT OF INDIA SECURITY AUDIT

Our country can rise to higher standards only when we are implementing measures to clean our country. Most areas are not clean . Framing a strict law to make our country clean is more suitable. I kindly request our authority to make arrangements to make our country clean and shining. In my surroundings also, people are throwing away waste from their homes to public roads. So, please find a solution for this and implement it, not in a particular area, but in the country wholly.

If all the person understand their duty then no need to make rules we have no problem .but now we waste a lot of time and money to make plan .many people work on it but after some time need new plan
