A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

The administration being witness to the transition to digital era,need to accept that technology is updated every second.Data protection is a subset to indigenous internet infrastructure,and framework should aim at limiting the access to concerned verticals.Glass walls to simulate the information barriers that exist in physical structure will be effective backup against hacks intended to source information from a single interface.Central information access is as powerful as the nuclear control .

I met one cauliflower seller just in front of relience smart where we get vegetables also . He was aged ,he requested me to buy 4flowrs for 20/- I took it . After some age people are unable to make them updated. there should be stalls like adhar center where farmers can atleast visit , exchange information about crops ,or vegetables & register their products make a good deal , also helpers should help them for communicating big malls or hotels staff. use vocal for local

IT IS LOOKING AND LEARNING NICE SAYING DIGITAL INDIA, ONLINE AGRICULTURE MARKETS, FARMERS CAN SALES AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS IN ANYONE INDIAN MARKET, BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT MOST OF INDIAN APMC MARKET ARE NOT UPDATED. IF GOVERNMENT TAKE CARE OF IT THEN ONLY ITS WORTH FULL. BEFORE GOING FOR ANY NEW ACT GOVERNMENT HAVE TO BE PREPARED HOME WORK.

SOME TIME WE ARE LOGIN TO ANY SITE THE SITE ASK US DO YOU WANT TO SAVE THE PASS WORD SO IN THIS CASE WE MUST NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO SAVE THE PASS WORD THIS IS ALSO PROTECT US TO NON PERSONAL DATA. ALSO DO NOT SHARE YOUR BANKING OTP WITH ANY BODY. THESE ARE THE SOME TECHNIQUES TO SAVE NPD.

Honourable PM, I have some crucial suggestions for Science, Tech and Innovation Policy. Basic idea is that small research focussed institutes like CSIR labs/Max Planck Research Institutes are needed on large scale in India. Attaching PDF here. Hope you go through it. If possible, I would like to have 10 mins discussion with you, maybe through video call to explain how infrastructure for RnD can be developed without much funding . It can have long term impact on development growth of India.
