Any data which can cause damage to our national interest can be put under strict observation any one who want to use it first to established his or her identity digitally he or she must be resident of India at that time so that if something wrong happens on later dates he or she can be held responsible for that and punished according to that

its a welcoming step taken by govt to frame law for non personal data till there is no law any one can use such data and it can be constructive as well as destructive this is good step in right direction all such data which has significance for nation can be classified as no personal data except money related matter, patents , copyrights , certificates , identity cards , medical reports etc

There is a news that government is going to allow sharing of personal data with private sector companies and PSU for verification of criminal past of employees. Earlier it was done through police department.
This is not logical as when they have access to personal data base then they can see perhaps every citizen's details.
Does this mean that there is nothing like personal data and every data is public data.
This is contradictory to defination of non personal data in the attached document.

I think the official processes of the Govt. policies should not indulge the personal data of the people. There should be a committee who can che vk the usuage of the data of the people nd ita security must be of utmost priority
