A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Government of India should create the provision of employees to start their own business if they are willing to separate from the organization and if they have not sign the non competent clause towards the employers and promote the easy of doing business concept among the people of India and make our India as great and empowered nation as self independent means atmanirbhar Bharat for the people of India.

Under the name of employee monitoring employers are also creating illegal evidences against employees with the help of daily basis or frequent manner changing the organizational policies and putting the restrictions on employees career growth those try to go against them if they are doing such things . This is also very very serious matter of concern and because of that employees life and career will destroy. Requesting to government of India please please look into this situations .

Under the name of data protection employers are violating the rules of employee data protection and employee privacy in the form of Invision of personal privacy by manipulating their behaviours and organizational level wise employee manipulation by creating manipulative policies which is very serious matter of concern and government of India should take strong measures against this.Those things are very dangerous and it causes lot of problem to employees.please look into this situation

In drafting the framework, the Committee Studied various issues relating to Non-personal data and has put forward recommendation for consideration by the Indian government on the regulation of Non-personal data. The Committee believes that regulating the data eco-system is necessary to.
