Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Women entrepreneur means to innovate and activate new business model for herself and for country.there are many point for p koromote entrepreneur for women. 1 A social space and liberty should be given to women for develop new business concept. 2 Financial support is an important part of stand their business model at her own foot. 3 Family support is an important factor for develop their own business model. 4 Proper training should be given to all women for develop their business skill for entrepreneur. 5 social mentality should be changed for promote women entrepreneur .it is a main barrier of our society.new mindset should be develop for business model.

कवन सो काज कठिन जग माहीं, जो नहीं होय तात तुम पाहिं, आप हनुमान जी की तरह ऐसा कोई काम नहीं है जिसे आप न कर सको। कृपया आप देश को भ्रष्टाचार फ्री बना दो। और देश के लिए एक सार्थक व रचनात्मक कानून का निर्माण कर दो, जिससे समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े व्यक्ति को समान न्याय मिल सके। गरीब व्यक्ति कानून में गलत न फंस सके,और अमीर व भ्रष्टाचारी न बच सके। अंग्रेजों के द्वारा निर्मित कानून को बदल दो, और अपने देश का सार्थक कानून बना दो। ऐसी मेरी आपसे करबद्ध प्रार्थना है। प्रणाम सर जी

Initiatives like Manthan play a pivotal role in bringing forth hidden talent and capabilities of our naari shakthi, which has been ignored or underestimated for decades. Women are no less talented or skillful than men. It has always been a false notion that men are superior. That blind belief has been shattered a long while ago. Women are equally capable in all aspects. It has been only recognized now. They are capable in excelling in any field and under challenging situations. They are even better in many areas or fields of work. Their capability also needs to be nurtured and utilized for growth and development of our nation. Together, men and women can achieve much more and should work as a team, supporting each other, recognizing and acknowledging each other's capabilities and strengths. Should treat each other as equals and be stakeholders of prosperity, growth and development with mutual respect, care, love and be strength and support to each other for achieving larger goals.

India is a country that recognised women as creater of our Universe .we call nature as she but not he . SHE : S means strength , Adishakthi , H means Honesty , E means Enthusiastic . with out these nature can't survive . we are seeing cyclones, Earth quakes Global warming and many more . She can create and destroy . Let us keep this in mind and respect our betterhalfs and girls . Kalpana Chawla , Mother Theresa Indira Gandhi and great president Murmuji are inspiration to us our surroundings females have equal strength ,they too already doing job equal to men in administration , in sciences . Govt providing with standup with one crore rupees to become entrepreneurs , many using this opportunity able to give jobs many others .They have opportunities in power ie politics and many more . let us see their talents and let them play a crucial role in wellbeing in our activities . They are entering in war activities and they proving their strength there . No men with out women , men is last

Women empowerment can benifit lots of poor families. The product selection should be such that even less educated Women could get engaged in skilled work. Now a days primary education & beyond has improved in the remotest villages. Women have dedication, skills in certain areas to produce repetitive items with neatness. I feel mass manufacture of carbon composite/graphene light weight helmets for all types of applications including insulated cold weather out door applications. Artificial body implants parts with carbon composite like limbs hands with most modern scanning for dimensional accuracy. There are highly qualified women in every field it's forming groups with collective intelligence, professionalism, productivity, designing to international taste & quality. The idea is to get into high tech areas for better realization .It may be a hazardous but how to overcome limitations. Taiwan was once a fishing country. Now they are no 1 in semiconductors inspite of being hazardous .

Anti Human Trafficking Response & 3Rs (UNODC) should be the keystone, with targeted intervention & hand holding for systemic vulnerable and marginalised child, girl, young women.

Women entrepreneurs in need of the day. If their numbers improve, it will have an indirect attack of corruption. It’s not at all visible anywhere in Govt’s agenda to curb corruption in govt offices. Women entrepreneurs might react to the illegal demand of Babus and bureaucrats. Condition is pathetic in almost all Govt offices.
