Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Hello everyone Manthan is a unique platform that provides support and guidance to women entrepreneurs and startups, helping them scale up their innovations and make a larger social impact. The platform offers various programs, mentoring, networking opportunities, and funding to women-led startups, enabling them to access the necessary resources to achieve their goals. The role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs is significant. By providing a supportive ecosystem that understands the specific needs and challenges of women entrepreneurs, Manthan is creating an environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship. Sir, Women are more Fragile, Loyal, Competitive , Hardworking and Pateience in term of their Physical and Emotional Structure given by nature to Shape the Human Kind. So according to their nature women are to be more Advantageious in Soft Skills rather then Hard Skill. They have to Be promoted to setup enterprenure like Soft Toys, Local Artistian Goods, Drawwing, Weawing, Sewing, Embroydry and Creativity in Culunery the Core Area of Womenhood. Food , Enviorment preservation and Child Development is to be main Area. Local Cultural "Lokgeets , Litrature, Ancestral Food Cousine and HOmestay like Airnab and Homestay must be given priority. Women Can be more Aggressive in Cleaniness and protection of Enviroment like Tree Planting and Care in Schools , Collage and other organisation. it's my suggestion to give FSSAI licence to all family in a nominal fee, and allow every women who hold this licence to prepare food, hand pickles, and help them to markets all these products in the country and export, will improve the lifestyle of our women,. Ve Bharat get quality food without contamination. That will improve the health of Bharat give more advertisement to the local food and pickle.

Dear PM sir, From years to till now 21 century.Enpowerment of women was developed in so many ways.One best example is early days women were only planning money for their home as a homemaker,Now women is planning budget to our country.This like changes is happened in the present generation this is very blessed and appreciable thing also sir...This is all in one side.Another dark side is there in our country mainly facing the situation is crimes attacks on from 3 years girl child to women.Girls doesn't have any safety in our country sir.This is because we should not give proper punishment to the accused people at a time.We should take proper steps for the protection of women like that every public must keep cameras.And railways,colleges,every place there should be definitely women should be working as night shifts equal to mam.Every street should be female comissioner to protect the girls day and night..This type of steps women should move even midnight without fear.

Sir, In my home,my mother is shaking milk with the help of a machine is a Manthan. She is getting some butter inside the butter bottle.She collects it for eating purpose.On large scale entrepreneurs for women is an example of technical innovation today. GOi along with its concerned ministries through its Manthan platform can provide consultancy services Startups of our country by creating consultants within the Public Sector Enterprises and few from private sector . The core responsibilty of the consultants is identify & address pain points of the Startups in their entrepreneurship journey . Further consultants will provide actionable advise on cost reductions and improving of sales & profitability of Startups . Ministry of Finance can collect certain percentage Surcharge / Cess or Levy from Startups to provide remuneration to consultants from public and private sector . This mandatory consultant programme will surely help Startups to address their concerns and become profitable in shortest possible time.

Dear Sir,pl refer my earlier message regarding creating app for night patrolling..If it is implemented it will be useful for finding MISSING PERSON AND MISSING VEHICLES and other culprits who have involved in other crimes..
