Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Sir, manthan in the context of samudra manthan would be a deed of churning out. This is nothing but churning out the hidden talents of individuals. Float a project called as 'Krishna kamal' a rare flower & allow women to explore opportunities in context with 64 & 14 vidyas as envisaged by lord Krishna. This will generate huge employment. Also the schools , colleges and corporates should be targeted by the government in making this project a huge success. Make certain things compulsory for them under this project.

Women ITI run by the Central/States/Private will conduct special seminars for creating entrepreneurship awareness for the students. when they complete the course, they may leave the institutions with driving certificate and entrepreneur license for self employment under Startups. Necessary arrangements will be provided by the Vocational & Employment Training Authorities.

are best for the community they can be rewarded become brand ambassadors as well as get royalty. This idea will work & guaranteed it will bring mal nutrition in control because the same is to be convinced by them only in the community.

1.women Entrepreneurs it meanse the women or a group of women who initiate,organise and operate business enterprise. 2.Women entrepreneurs is therefore confident,creaative innovative women's.desiring economically,individually, creating employment. 3.Enterprrenures is provide to access employments,Food,ennergy,otheer critical servicess,those who are strrugling . 4.Entrepreneurs on th front line providing access to employments.

From the Vedic age till today, women have been subjected to various forms of discrimination, deprivation and oppression. To eliminate these, women need to be made strong. Their position must be secured at the family, social and state levels. And for this, a self-governing mission should be formed from the village level, which will be very active in solving women's problems.
