Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Thought... people are saying that Bird sparrow is being seen less nowadays here....worried... Thought is that to help them find out if their is any predator after it...just a glitch ...maybe....sorry

India is lacking in research, technology & practicality on how to make daily life chore jobs easy interesting & quick that they become 2nd nature. amazes me all talk about swachhata, per drop more crop, , indian food , dairy , agriculture. horticulture honey but not 1 instant of how to make it do quick & better. No learning from best of foreign hospitals/airports/streets tourist places. U don't find/see cleaners around but they r spick & span. the eateries cooking fresh food , the greenery, the houses devoid of weeds. Most individual places do it Yourself . DIY. & the best part every one does it joyfully and quikcly . No complaints of no time etc. It is only Indian crowd that complains when it comes to doing household chores . Indian house helps have no clue how it is done .Negative efficiency . Know of many that they do the work like cooking & leave the place so clumsy & dirty that people can do away with. Not worth & therefore women traditional entrepreneurs job becoming obsolete

Problem India has not been able to define entrepreneurship. Now you have it very easy that we the maliks have been promoting - the soft/hard porns &menfolk teaching them practically from childhood. Swati Maliwal heading the women protection department takes pride or sunny leone, amitabh bacchan, & we can see where India is heading, There are laws too for women & applied with full state force or casting couch , that makes women a crore pati. who would let go of this easy money & ayyashi for life. Or we Hindu women specially have been called & still called laxmis as they have been running the household with elan unpaid & for better physically comfortable lifestyle they have willingly gone out . The challenges have not been addressed or draconianly addressed by we the maliks have created a lop sided society. There is loathing, distaste, abhorrence of natural entrepreneur. Y these & other life skills not being taught and mastered in school to all & build a strong foundation.

0/100 toppers again here ! what exactly have we the maliks being doing other than loot of Hindu $, 7* ayyashi for generations birthright to loot /rape/torture hindus. even stories of all of women from /associated we the maliks gang clan ,b/wood reveal it all . what better proof than the women commissioner saying my father... & h/wood stories . I f*** my way to top. what exactly is govt doing about it. Today's Indian women entrepreneurs are making crores easily with state support & laws & Hindu men's life destroyed. what else do the maliks want now ! Ofcoruse we have love jihads & other jihads . their mere mention means instant death . Given the glamour & the sleazy talks, India has destroyed Indian women be it cleaning, cooking , food, stitching, vegetable selling, teaching, singing, designing , bhakti , sports, are not they worthy professions. Mullah modi i/viewed women masons, line dori. where is it going. Should not these be taught & mastered in primary school .

नमस्कार सर, सबसे पहले केंद्र सरकार को और महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार को धन्यवाद। दोनो सरकारोने मिलकर महाराष्ट्र के महिलाओंको इस साल के बजेट में अनेकों सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई है। उसका इंप्लीमेंटेशन बिना भ्रष्टाचार से हो यही आशा करते है। आजकल एनीमेशन फील्ड में इनोवेशंस,क्रिएटिविटी, खुदके कौशल्य,रिसर्च को बहुत अच्छी डिमांड है इसलिए एनीमेशन फील्ड के और भी जादा विकास के लिए कुछ ठोक कदम उठाए जाए। हर क्षेत्र में उसका उपयोग है, तो महिलों को सिक्योर और सुरक्षित फिल्ड मिलेगा। हर बार अपडेट रहते हुए पूरक कार्य होगा।

Empowering more women entrepreneurs is great idea. The units should be with large percentage of women. A country with agricultural base should be able to make select products to international taste & standards There are expatriates living all over the world. They need quality Indian food stufEvery country has certain norms for imported food products. How to educate entrepreneurs for proper packaging, high quality, preparation, expiry dates etc.Cost of transportation plays a major role.Sea route takes a longer time in general. All women units should get special concessions on air luggage. Normally the salaries earned by women go directly for the expense of the family. To become economically strong exports are critical. A special committee should look for world wide potential for our products. We maybe producing good stuff but it needs to be internationally accepted. Special ships with exhibition on board can visit many countries. Look for opportunities abroad by advertising locally.

mnthan .. any business need ground reality so that's why compair 2 other nations r condition r good so try 2 find out_ grass root work वास्तववादी that's matter actually if observe that attraction of foreign is not bad.. we whole life spend in nation or even generation so if think of r own_resources/people circulate inside then think of outside ..roots works .. so START 2 SELF in INVEST OTHER'S 4 NATION _interact 2 each other in cross way .. _ vis a vis _ vice versa do circulations of work another issue here _I didn't get 1 thing _ how can people sacrifice their life & choose 2 jail 4 party & leader ...unbelievable OK it's good but if knows very well his work r not in favour of nation society..still.. _can't court see liquor disadvantages & in dp of state p_ written that _ limitations of liquor by state still..no sue moto ¹ accident cases more ² domestic violence reasons ³ cause 2 crime _ girl child what woman welfare department do...? ⁴ impact on marriage institution
