Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Dear Sir Women. Entrepreneurs means the women or a group of women who initiate, organize and operate a business enterprise. A woman entrepreneur is therefore a confident, creative and innovative woman. desiring economic independence individually and simultaneously creating employment. They are considered to be the backbone of the economy. Most women business owners don't get the social support they require to kick start their business from families, peers, and immediate ecosystems. Lack of mentorship from the business community is also one of the main challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in the country

The Prime Minister of our country has made many plans to empower women and has made a lot of efforts for their all-round development, which we see on the ground today and I always do all-round development and empower our country so much that it can make its own decisions. more and more courageously and in the interest of our countrymen

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Women groups shall be enpowered in marketing and sales of automobile products , online and offline . Bharath has developed digitally in maney forums but in case of digitization on RTO , centerlization of RTO and its activities needs improvement . I Think the issue of DL , Renewal, LLR , RC , Change of ownership, GST Taxing resale OF automobiles , FC mechanism shall be conpletly digitized and user friendly . We need to contract the system to Software companies to update full database and connecting with Aadhar authentication . this will take Bharath to next level of digitization. OR with Aadhar and existing DL should able to print New DL Looking similar to aadhar. need to work on RTO system to come out of curroption mechanism which even today RTO runs with curroption .

The program is benefitting the NRI women who want to invest in Kerala or India ,North India Malayalie women to invest in Kerala or India ,Retired Kerala women's in govt or public sector companies to business , professional or non professional./ Skilled or unskilled house wife & college students to business like home made item are special .In order to meet the requirement & target there should be a project coordinator for Mathan who can make this possible as per the govt orders .This program can give job to large number of unemployed people in Kerala & the NRI keralians are interested to invest that will give job & income to people of Kerala .Now adays people are investing large amount in apartment & houses in Kerala & giving them for rent can be used for business projects by this manthan reforms that is empowering women & at the same time impart large number of jobs in local villages as it is going to save some lot of hard money they earn in overseas jobs is joining women also.
