Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Women must be given equal opportunities in every field, irrespective of gender. Moreover, they must also be given equal pay. We can empower women by abolishing child marriage. Various programs must be held where they can be taught skills to fend for themselves in case they face financial crisis.

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Women in Bharath shall be encouraged to build Hotel chains , across world , Hospitality chains across world , and Food processing industry startups in Bharath and have franchise all over world . Women shall be encouraged to open More School startups in every village by relaxing schooling norms , Women groups shall be permitted to start Schools in all villages even with 10 children's and all schools shale be digitally connected . by doing this in next 5 years every child across country will get best possible education . also NEP one Bharath sylabus with different language shall be easily established . every village shall have at least upto 12th class education by mass privatising schooling system and minimise Gov norms and control over schools . by the way if we see from past 60 years , non gov controlled schools did best in giving education and creating students for globle job market . and Gov controlled schools spoiled childs life .

Simple meaning is high education is make a high think or innovation from any Science,Commerce,Arts subject department.Important for women in new think ,innovation or idea created by Farming,Fashion,Media,kitchen,Home based,Scientific,Crafting,Design,Immagination,Higher think or suggest innovation etc in sector's best for Manthan .Greatest help in economical and science innovation with any type of plateform without take any issue or Abuse.Goodness for NTA,UGC,NET,JRF,JEE Main,JEE advance,JEE,IIT or CUET etc are best preprare women/men for Manthan .Many women's are motivational for enterpreneurship for other women.

The intent looks great on paper BUT extremely difficult to get the great results. Reason is CORRUPTION. Females are by and large comparatively less corrupt so less manageable. As a result their growth is mostly limited. Females are neither able to bribe the corrupt nor able to get through ahead without bribing because the corrupt does not differentiate the gender. Means males bribe and get the work done in govt offices which is quite difficult for females, so it limits their growth

Sir, what need the most is equal representation in parliament/state assemblies women. To stop thinking women as as a second class of citizen it is demand of time to have equal opportunities for them.Word *empowerment of women* demeaned the empowered women who is empowered by birth itself.Time has come for men to cut loose double standard towards women be it in politics, social life,opportunities. World is watching us how we want to be global leader without equitable representation of women

Dear Prime Minister Sir, I read the facilities available to both Supply and demand side on this Manthan Platform. It is exhaustive. The PSA has nearly thought of all the envisaged problems and accordingly created this Manthan Platform to create big Achievements in Science and Technology. The Women entrepreneurs can take advantage of all the help needed through this platform. Sir, I have a humble suggestion. Kindly create a list of all the PHD Scientists with their specialisation. Just like practicing doctors and chartered accountants, Guild can be prepared for Scientists with a new title of " Practicing Scientist" with designation as "Consultant Scientist" The experts can work out the consultation fees which can be charged by them. Manthan can officially list these Scientist Consultants on their website who can help women Entrepreneurs for a humble fee. The government can supplement them with some sort of retainer amounts. Sir Pardon me if I was unable to articulate my idea. Thanks
