It has been observed that there are more than 150 Swiss companies running all over India. If indirectly we disturb them, I am 100% sure we got all the information from Switzerland for Black Money. Also noticed that in UPA time a treaty was made that before 2011 no information required from Swiss. If its so, really painful. Better we put pressure indirectly on Swiss and take all black money information immediately for speedy action. Hope you are serious in this matter.

Give villagers more rights. Panchayats must be authorized to keep check on all Govt. officials in schools, hospitals, admin etc. Panchayats should be directed to submit the performance reports of officials every month. Negative performance must lead to termination of concern officer.

Financing arrangements. By paying unreasonably high interest rates to a related party, one may severely reduce the income of an investment (or even create a loss), but create a massive capital gain when one withdraws the investment. The tax benefit derives from the fact that capital gains are taxed at a lower rate than the normal investment income such as interest or dividend.
