The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

EACH MONDAY OF SHRAVAN MONTH BE DECLARED AS A VILLAGE SERVICE DAY BY THE VILLAGERS, WHERIN EACH VILLAGER WILL ASSEMBLE IN CHAVADI AND PHYSICALLY WORK FOR THE VILLAGE CLEANING, THIS IS FOLLOWED IN VILLAGE MUGALI . TAL- GADHINGLAJ, DIST KOLHAPUR. VERY INNOVATIVE AND INSPIRING WORK FOR THE PEOPLE. AND ALSO MAKES THE SENSE OF BELONGINGNESS TO THE COMMUNITY TOWARDS THE SOCIETY

RURAL GRAM COURTS BE SET UP TO RESOLVE THE LOCAL ISSUES SO THAT UNNECESSARY LITIGATIONS IN THE COURT ARE NOT CREATED. FOR EXAMPLE, BOUNDRY DISPUTE OF FARM FIELDS, WATER SHRING FROM THE CANAL, FAMILY DISPUTES OF PETTY MATTERS. ONE CREDIBLE MAN APPINTED BY THE VILLAGERS BE PLACED AS A HEAD OF THE COURT AND POLICE PATEL BE MADE SECRETARY AND GIVEN POWERS TO PASS THE ORDERS, WHICH ARE APPELLABLE TO TALUKA MAGISTRATES

Solve,any type of Crime in Panchyat Level, and try to not run any types of crime in any village,which are related to that Panchyat.....

Rural area people are not aware about the panchayat work so their is need to more advertize.... Also we can held one program for giving knolege to student of rural area like "CHATTRA PANCHAYAT (STUDENT PANCHAYAT)".... Thank you...

Dear PM Sir, India needs Intelligence & Digital Smart Villages of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures,technologies development,builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time,and taking into its new approaches such as build Grampanchayat Database Information System & Common Service Centers(CSC) through all Government agencies.Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contains one unit of CSC & Service to Citizens

for the sakriya panchayat ,sarpanch should be regular present at panchayat and for his activities you have to do punching systerm like the private componies ,make a site on weech the sarpanch have to update the all details of work of every day at the end of the day with proof ,and sarpanch have to update reportof everey rupee on that site ,

For sakriya panchayat sarapanch should be educated. I see in our locality that there are so many sarapanchs who are not primarly able to read or write their mother tongue.How it helps for sakriya panchayat?

In gram panchayat sarpanch is like PM post.They spent too much money when they fight election after electio they foget there promises.You provide a team and give them plan to do best in his area.and tell us to make monthly report about progress of his/her work. And tell them to creat a preplanning sheet in this they tell us to do what they will want and also tell him that Sarpanch is working for social things not for a particular person.they listen to evry one provide solution to do better.

Dear sir my greatness is that I am working with you. now days mainly problem is employment in village many people were finding the job and going anywhere at last they unsucceed. My opinion is that provide project in village region to decrease it. And first of all make india from literary free.Evry person educated that they have been understand, listen, and write there thoughts.
