The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

PM Sahab, I would like to suggest few point on housing policy: 1) Builders should give clarity between super built up and carpet area for home buyers so that transparency increases. 2) Builders should have board signs mentioning project loans taken from banks to avoid double mortgages. 3) Builders should provide amenities as shown in the brochure or sample house else it is just a tactic to lure the home buyers.

WATER TURBINES, POST 2,item 2:CAN BE DESIGNED TO FIX INSIDE THE WATER PIPE LINE WHERE THE WATER FLOWS ;THE SHAFT OF THE TURBINE WILL BE PROTRUDING OUTSIDE THE PIPELINE TO WHICH A SUITABLE GENERATOR WILL BE COUPLED. THE WATER FLOW IN THE PIPELINE WILL ROTATE THE TURBINE INSIDE AND THE GENERATOR COUPLED TO ITS ROTATING SHAFT OUTSIDE WILL PRODUCE ELECTRICITY. VARIOUS SIZES CAN BE MADE TO SUITE SIZE OF PIPELINE, PRESSURE AND FLOW RATE OF WATER IN PIPELINE.CAN BE MADE BY BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD

In Andhra pradesh total panchayat Raj system failure As per Artical 73,74 no power deligated to PR bodies primary sector I.e education health agricultural etc must be control to Local bodies Sri modi ji to take action plan in this regard

If India has to become Develop country, Firstly govt. should keep eye in villages of this vast country. I don't know about other state but in Manipur, Panchayat system was totally fail. No power has given in Panchayat in Manipur. So, I generously appaul to Shri. Narendra Modi Jee to see into the matter ASAP and acts to share our contribution toward the development of India.
