NORMALLY IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT WHOSOEVER COMES IN POWER AS PANCHAYAT, HE/SHE SHOWS DISCRIMINATION AMONG PEOPLE AS HE/ SHE WANTS TO DELIVER ALL THE GOVERNMENT SCHEMES TO THE PEOPLE BELONGS TO HIS/ HER PARTY. THEREFORE, THE WAY THESE VARIOUS SCHEMES ARE LAUNCHED FOR FULFILLING THE MOTTO OF THE GOVERNMENT, IT DOES NOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN IN PRACTICE.
THEREFORE, THE REFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO BE MADE..... JAI HIND

Today, central as well state government is highly entrusted on Gram Panchayats to make them media to upliftment of society through various plan and schemes. Where these all institutes became more corrupt and useless by siphoning off the government fund for their own personal use and not for the schemes for which it is directed by the Government. This can be understand by one example, ie, for the post of one serpanch/Gram Pradhan, at least 4-5 persons are competing the election. What is it?
