Kindly include a plan for generating electricity from solid waste in each city or community. This system should act like a retail mall in a city . Different companies will setup their plant in city for using solid wastes. It will depend on customer to buy cheapest electricity from government or private company.

Ans 1) This is the project of GOI, so role of GOI is vital. From making Plans to Implementation. This can be done in pinnacle. P.M->Home minister->Urban development minister->Chief minister-> State urban development minister-> MLAs ->Mayors, District Magistrate->Councillors,NPO,NGO, Societies,Panchayats->Citizens of India for whom policies to be made. ( just out line )

Sir, 1st not possible to answer in 500 words of your 13 questions, Secondly this can be done only If Governments had will power to do and deliver the sames. In 9 months nothing delivered. All your 10crores + bank a/c will get dormant if not transacted. Cost of opening one account for bank is nearly 500 rs and collection is 10000 crores it sounds good but loss of 40000 cores to bank if not operated and no transaction done. i have a project how to promote housing policies, whom to discuss?

Recorded land available is 305 mha. Minimum use for agriculture and forests for 2050 would be 250 mha (185 culturable + 65 forests), leaving 55 mha for other purposes and barren land.
Out of 55 mha, 25 mha has already been utilized for urbanization, industries and infrastructure, etc.
The balance 30 mha should be identified and allocated for various purposes for the year 2050 and population 160 crore,
Public Regulatory Authority (PRA) for land, water and energy should be set up in each state.

1. Maximum Home loan of 50% on any flat/house
Benefit:- Will substantially bring down the prices in a span of 2-3 year as housing (a basic need) will not be seen as investment opportunity
2. One house/individual/city
Benefit:- Will curtail stocking/black marketing of a valuable resource(Housing) This will insure that the resources are uniformly distributed across families and cities and will also take care for investors free will.

what i feel till date only big farmers are considered the govt needs to look into small holding farmers .The poverty is high ,irrigation facilities and knowledge regarding farming is lacking.
The policy of Govt is on sign board what we expect from Modiji allot different village to different officer and make them accountable towards village development.

While allocating land for the corporates, they should be asked to provide shelter to 40% of their employees. Thus the burden on the government could be reduced. And the job provider could take the responsibility of its employees too.

THE METROPOLITAN CITES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED FIRST,AS ITS NOT COMPLETE AS PER ITS ADJECTIVE.THIER EXIST EXTREMES OF DEVELOPMENT AT THE ENDS,WHERE ONE PART OF A SMALL AREA IS HIGHLY DEVELOPED WHEREAS THE NEXT STREET WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE ITS PUBLIC USE AMENITIES.THE DEVELOPMENT HAS TO BE MADE WHOLESUM.

For me, the topic is very broader than its look. Actually the solution for problem lies on the urban structural planning and utilizing. But the base level is to limit the migration of population from own lands to urban by laying down employment opportunities around the village and all necessary stuffs should be available in across country and agriculture should not be affected and the same way other policies need to implemented. By this way, density of urban population will be reduced.
