Originating in ancient Greece, Unani medicine, often called Unani Tibb, is a traditional medical technique that was refined by Muslim scholars, particularly during the Islamic Golden Age. It integrates ideas from Persian, Arab, Indian, and Greek traditions and is founded on the teachings of Hippocrates and later medical scholars like Avicenna (Ibn Sina). The following are some fundamental ideas and viewpoints in
The four humors—blood, phlegm, yellow bile, and black bile—are the foundation of Unani medicine. It is thought that while an imbalance between these humours causes illness, a balance is necessary for good health.
The goal of treatment is to restore equilibrium because each humour has unique properties and roles in the body.

Our nature has its own procedure to create and maintain the creations. Our body is also made such complicated by nature. Many germs enter in our body, we hardly realize, but our immune system destroys all these. If we fall ill, this body has its own mechanism to cure it up to a level without any interference. If it is beyond that, we may have to take medicines. But medicines from our nature are safe, but take time to show the result. As we want quick relief we take other medicines, which leave a long term effect in our body. Unani system of medicines to be encouraged more so that we are relieved form taking continuous medications, one after another, means medicine for digesting the taken medicines.

Unani medicine is a traditional natural system of medicine that originated in Greece. This system is based on the balance of the body and natural treatment. Unani medicine uses natural remedies such as herbs, spices, and minerals. This system is based on the balance of the four bodily fluids (blood, phlegm, bile, and mucus). In Unani medicine, diet and lifestyle are considered important for health.

Change Maker available है mygov.in पर ।
सरकारे उनकी मीटिंग बुला कर यूनानी, आयुर्वेदिक, होम्योपैथिक, सिद्ध और अन्य चिकित्सा के प्रचार प्रसार के आइडिया के लिये योजना बनायें।
