The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

There are several challenges preventing India’s rural masses specially poor people from competing in the modern market, such as the lack of formal education and marketable skills. Government may bridge this gap by funding training projects bench marked to global standards, with an emphasis on placement, retention, career progression and foreign placement etc.

According to Census 2011, India has 55 million potential workers between the ages of 15 and 35 years in rural areas. At the same time, the world is expected to face a shortage of 57 million workers by 2020. This presents a historic opportunity for India to transform its demographic surplus into a demographic dividend.

UNIFORM EDUCATION POLICY----पूरे भारत में यह नियम लागू किया जाना चाहिए कि जो भी व्यक्ति सरकारी नौकरी में है। चाहे वो कलेक्टर हो या SP या कोई अन्य कर्मचारी। सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढेंगे और जिनके बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में न पढते हो उन्हें सरकारी नौकरियों से निकाल दिया जाए। सभी लोग समझ सकते है कि जब जिले के कलेक्टर और SP तथा अन्य अधिकारीयों के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ना आरम्भ कर देंगे, तो उन स्कूल में शिक्षा का स्तर क्या होगा और शिक्षक किस तरह की पढाई वहाँ करवाएँगे। सभ

काैशल विकास का कार्य सरकार,लोक प्राधिकारियों एवं निजी क्षेत्रों तीनों के माध्‍यम से किया जाना चाहिए क्‍योंकि भारत मिश्रित अर्थव्‍यव्‍ास्‍था का देश है सफलता अधिकारियाें, व्‍यक्तियों, लोक प्राधिकारियों की क्षमता चातुर्य एवं मेहनत पर आधारित है अतः यहा एक फार्मूला लागू करना उचित नहीं है इस क्षेत्र में सभी के योगदान की आवश्‍यकता है अतः तीनों क्षेत्रों को जिम्‍मेदारी सौपी जाकर इसके बेहतर परिणामों हेतु प्रतिवर्ष मूल्‍यांकन के साथ सभी क्षेत्रों को प्रोत्‍साहित किया जाना चाहिए ा

A synchronization portal is to be developed for local authorities. On which,Tenders for road constriction, cable laying,pipe line laying,are to be shown.Top management should decide which work should be done first.

sir i want to say u that every person is waiting for good days that u said us but there is no decerase in the rates of vegetable and all esstaional things n when i travel i hear that people r waiting for good days so please do something n i know u will do it soon

It should be overtaken by the private companies but with some terms n conditions by the govt. Should be applied on it Like . The work time must be accurate n also govt. Should providd their duely funds on time.
