Sixth would be to encourage existing groups of students on college or outside to take active part in promoting and being held responsible for maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, educating students to take part in co-curricular activities and not just studies.Seventh would be to have a business strategy plan for the city bus services both government and private owned. The aim should be to promote mass transportation and reduce private vehicular traffic. Eighth would be to have well lit bus stops

Ensure proper training and awareness for residents w.r.t clean neighborhood. This. This should by respective resident associations. Next would be to cut down on open drainage. Third, if possible vacant government land be used for parking spots throughout the city with strict enforcement for parking laws. Computerized parking posts with numbers could be installed for recognition and payment with a mobile app for the same.Fifth, street lights to be maintained strictly by resident association

# 7 Closed drainage (gutters ) system should be constructed in place of all open gutters & proper drainage network should be provided at all places
# It prevents people from throwing wastes and other things into open gutters which causes BLOCK due to which all SEWAGE water comes on road and causes various water borne diseases like
DIARRHEA, PARASITIC INFECTIONS and many other BACTERIAL INFECTIONS during Rainy season.
# People should also be educated about not dumping their waste into drainage system.
# open defaecation should be banned.

Today I saw that there was a problem of parking the vehicles, especially in the market place. We must build the parking buildings near market place or bus stand both in hubli and dharwad so that it will be traffic free environment near bus stand and market.
To avoid traffic jam we can also make ring roads and while the brts busses are moving in mixed traffic from jubilee circle to bus stand, we can connect the bus stand from jubile circle by building flyover.
