Today real estate industry is one of the booming industries which offers good opportunity for investment. The demand for property is very high in twin city beacuse of increase in population growth so my request for the govt to increase the high rise building permission for the twin city as many developers facing problem.which causes the lack of infrastructure in the twin cities

City has to first strengthen economic mussels. Developing a zone for automobile cluster with incentives can drive the growth. It shall benchmark for international class valve industry and develop centre of excellence in that field. City has to focus on developing it as education and classes hub like Kota and slowly then shift towards IT sector. City has to focus on road and transport network. Building toilets and developing sewage and solid waste management projects is critical

1. The on-going projects in #HubballiDharwad has to be completed as soon as possible.
2. Provide fly-overs where there is heavy traffic like from Tolnaka to Jubli circle (Dharwad) and Rani Channamma circle to Railway station (Hubballi)
3. In addition to this a Public Wi-Fi to be provided in main places
4. A good traffic maintenance is required for ambulances and other emergency vehicles

One of the most important aspects of development is transport. Hubballi - Dharwad needs to have better roads, flyovers and pedestrian walkways at important traffic junctions. Intelligent traffic management needs to be implemented to avoid traffic jams and reduce transit time for citizens.
The second important aspect is to shift utilities like electrical wires, telephone line to underground cables. And include proper duct system so as to minimize road digging. #HubballiDharwad
