Gardens:
Each node should have atleast two gardens at ten minutes walking distance of four corners of the nod.Gardens should be open full day and guard present will ensure discipline in the garden.
Full day open gardens can help people , senior citizens to enjoy the nature whenever
needed.
Education:
Due to lack of space many students are unable to study at home. Each node should have its own reading room .
A library attached to reading room will cultivate reading habits in students.

Transport :
Each node has a common point area.Sharing of rickshaws should be created by RTO from station and highway to such common point areas in each node.Sharing will save people cost on daily travel and rickshaw owners will also earn more money per trip.
Parking:
Irresponsible parking on side of the road causes traffic jams.More parking zones in each node near commercial markets to avoid parking on both sides of the road which causes traffic.

No birthday banners/posters of political leaders: Unless the whole nation recognizes birthday of a political leader, there is no need for them to publicize. Illegal posters are simply unacceptable.
Become Environment-Friendly: BAN plastic bags (not even paid). Plant trees at all potential spots; Ask societies to use their terrace for plantation, to use Solar energy for common area lighting, elevators and water motor.
Recycle: Recycle whatever is possible and monitor implementation.

Traffic Sense: Increase monitoring and impose hefty fines; start charging offenders with image proof of their offence IRRESPECTIVE of their social status or connections.
Waste Management and Cleanliness: Frame a "ZERO TOLERANCE" policy and make the CORPORATORS accountable for ensuring cleanliness of their respective wards. Devise a mechanism to regularly measure the SUCCESS of this policy.

Local Marshals should be selected by Govt frm respctble citizns and aged persons with powers to object to spittng, urinatng, dogs defacing the footpaths, throwng debris on the road etc and issue warnings. If the offnce is repeated the Marshals shl be empowered to impose spot penalty against official receipts. These Marshals shd be gvn proper ID and hand bands and,if pssble,Chest cameras which will substantiate and justify the Marshal's action. This will act as a deterrent against such defaulters.
