The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

Please share your ideas to make Pasighat – a credible Smart City.

The last date to submit your suggestions / comments is 10th December, 2015.

Tourism play a very important role in increasing the economic value of a country.So many people can be easily connected from one village to other village which can improve economic values as well as welfare of the people

So, on the priority electricity & water supply should be improved not only for time being but for the generation to come. Future scope should be taken into consideration. After all without these basic amenities, smart city cannot be of any standard.

1. All the denizens should extend their full support in all the activities 2. Each and every work taken up by concern department or contractors. .etc should be properly monitored. Fund should be utilising efficiently. .Please no corruption

I would rather plant thousands of trees than cutting them and building and roads. I would rather live in a huge dense forest rather than living in a city where there are lots of waste and pollution. As a human being I would rather protect and give space to our nature and wildlife rather than been so selfish thinking for our self..

1.Online application of all Services, Licences, Permissions, Facilities, Complaints etc. 2.Transparency & Online records of all Govt. activities & Expenditures 3.Strong laws & punishments 4.Revise Reservation Policy poverty/status wise instead of cast wise to be coned....

All the hitech facilities should be available in hospitals in pasighat so that patients should not go to anywhere and bear highly expenses. Free Internet facilties should be given such as in other cities so that everyone can connected to the world smartly.We all should collectively brings our City pasighat on top by our efforts
