Eliminate the monopoly of autodriver's asso by stricter law enforcement, create a free market of third party taxi services. Cattle menace is a strict no for a smart city. DO NOT compromise on greencover for the sake of brainless urbanisation. Like I said earlier, include the mass in urban development. The better the communication b/w Gov officials & the public, the lesser resistance, & development is hassle-free. Making everyone happy in the end! Best wishes :)

No Smart City Without Footpaths. Pl make walkable, stumble-free, and encroachment-free footpaths in every smart city for ordinary citizens, particularly for the elderly and children. There cannot be a smart city without footpaths.

I am very happy for the Initiative taken by the Gov. of Odisha. Hope by smart city plan rourkela will be most valuable city from economical point of view. Top infrastructure is most important because most of big companies are not in rkl, which is creating problem for job creating. Most of odiya young people are going to out of state for job. If more job can create in rourkela by industrial development then job problem can solve.
