What GST. should do:
1)It should remove the the different rates of taxes like service tax.
2)There should be max to max 5 rates.
3)It should not be complicated act like Income Tax Act
4)It should be includes different negative list for hospital,medical,agricultural,services,etc.
5)Every Tax Payer not only professionals should be informed regarding every small change in act.
6)Every taxpayer should be catagarised by there respective type of service.

Gst Law- This is a pertaint value of Gst and the model is classified into catogeries. It is a perrecieved value of this model and draft.then the gst model is best qualified part of non developed nation and advantage is also gives a enlarged value.

Main GST laws must be highlighted so that common man can understand its benefits and drawbacks. Otherwise some middlemen or agents in market may spread wrong information leading for chance to public to critise govt without any support. Therefore ON DD CHANNELS / RADIO awareness on GST advantages for public must be shown

The idea of capping rates by the leading party in opposition in the upper house seems to be against the very basic nature of economics but after due diligence one could somehow draw conclusion in a sense that, on a broader basis there is a range which can't be breached within a stipulated time. So my sense is that, government should take INC along with it but should dilute their specific cap argument and should brought in a range as they are doing on targeting inflation with RBI.
