1. Exposure, Realization in a quasi real world economy like "Kidzania" ( R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra) like situations very early to ease decision making and choosing a profession or type of profession which is play and learn concept.
2. Industries needs and needs for human resources should be identified and foretasted. more so they must be engaged to identify talent in schools and +2 level and pic/train future employees.Needs identification crucial for designing VT courses.

Respected sir
My NGO is working in the rural area of maharashtra.
At that place due to lack of the highschools drop out of students (mostly girls) from 7 th std to 10 th std is much bigger.
So from 5th standard itself inclusion of the business oriented coursescourses are possible ?
So that they are able to earn for themselves via some some small businesses.

I am from agricultural family. But the type of education I had in the schools did not help me in gaining knowledge on agriculture technology. I pursued a different profession. Considering this my suggestion is make various options available in knowledge gain in the initial stage of education. Let the student decide the course to pursue based on his ability and the family need. In my case it would have been to pursue modern agricultural system.

Please allow students to understand thier ability before they decide after 10th std which area to go. If vocational training like Garage mechanics, Electronics equipment repairer, Wiring, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentary and masonary work is taught with hands on training to students, then they will be able to sustain their family and society without being educated unemployed. Company's be told to hire those in 8th to 10th to train by way of internship. Spl adv be allowed to company in I Tax for it
