I suggest small training centers for should be open in interior parts of India it will help them in building their career its better than doing graduation searching/begging for a job. there is a lot of demand for Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Meson, etc.

Presently School Curriculum is not job oriented. College Education (BA,Bcom) etc is not job Oriented . School curriculum should be job oriented. so that if required , student should get some good job (not as a peon) with Class X/XII education.

Vocational education should be tied to industry. Anybody who does a vocational educational course should also do an internship in a related industry. In fact it should be mandatory for industry to take in People from the vocational field as interns. This way industry will have access to a Young Talent. This also keeps the youth of the streets and gainfully employed.

I believe vocational education is must in today's world, more important than our traditional education. Gov has to focus and create opportunities for students in this regard. The proportion should be 50-50 starting from schooling. Student will start taking interest at this age and get clear picture about their interest and which stream they should choose after 12th. If more students start working in right areas of interest, surely this will benefit our economy and strengthen living standards.
