Skill and vocational education should be included at secondary level. The suggestions are also good. Requirement of the teachers should be honest and transparent. It can be added to the senior secondary level also. Once student attains perfection in ones skill he can join the second skill even if he is not comfortable with the first he can shift to the other. This choice should be limited.
