व्यावसायिक शिक्षा का सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं जीवन मूल्यों की शिक्षा हेतु :-
1. कौशल विकास का प्रशिक्षण कक्षा तीसरी से ही प्रारम्भ हो । आठवीं कक्षा पास करने तक छात्र/छात्रा रोजगार प्राप्त कर सके इतना प्रशिक्षण हो ।
2 . जीवन मूल्यों की शिक्षा तथा परिवार, समाज, राष्ट्र के प्रति दायित्व बोध जगे ऐसा पाठ्यक्रम तथा गतिविधि कक्षा कक्ष का विषय बने ।
3. आठवीं कक्षा अर्थात प्राथमिक शिक्षा के बाद ही छात्र/छात्रा के व्यवसाय की दिशा तय होनी चाहिये, उसी विषय का प्रशिक्षण लेकर वह आगे पढ़े ऐसी योजना हो ।

माननीय श्रीमती जी/ महाशय जी ,
मै समझता हु की बगैर इतिहास को जाने हम भारत की शिक्षा-व्यस्था को नई उचाईयो पे नही ले जा सकते | हमारा भारत पूर्व में शिक्षा के स्थान पे कहा था , उद्योग के स्थान पे दुनिया में भारत को कौन सी स्थान हासिल था , व्यापार के क्षेत्र में कहा तक अपनी धाक जमाया था , आखिर भारत सोने का चिडियां क्यों था कैसे था , चिकत्सा के क्षेत्र में कौन सी स्थान पे था , बिज्ञान और टेक्नोलॉजी के क्षेत्र में कहा था ,

वोकेसनल शिक्षा जीवन यापन से जुड़नी चाहिए। प्रशिक्षण सिर्फ कक्षाओं में न होकर वास्तविक साईट पर होना चाहिए। प्रशिक्षण संस्थान को मार्किट से कम रेट पर बाजार में अपनी सर्विसेज ऑफर करनी चाहिए। कम से कम सरकारी संस्थानों में होने वाली वायरिंग, प्लम्बरिंग आदि इन्ही संस्थानों से ही करना चाहिए। साथ ही मैन्टेनन्स आदि भी इन्ही के जिम्मे होना चाहिए। ट्रेनीज के चयन में कोई प्रवेश परीक्षा आदि न हो। 8वीं पास बच्चा भी प्रवेश प् सके। ट्रेनर अपने कार्य में बिलकुल एक्सपर्ट हो...बहुत पढ़ा लिखा चाहे न भी हो।

अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ज्ञान पर ही समाज का पूरा भविष्य आधारित है।
अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ‘ज्ञान’ समाज सुधार और जीवोद्धार तथा सुखी-सम्पन्न समाज हेतु सर्वप्रथम सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण एवं सभी के लिए ही एक अनिवार्यतः आवश्यक विधान है ।
ईमान-सच्चाई-संयम-सेवा अनिवार्य होना चाहिये !
विद्या को कभी भी व्यावसायिक नहीं अपितु लक्ष्यमूलक व्यावहारिक ही होना चाहिए । यह तब ही सम्भव है जब कि ‘पिण्ड और ब्रह्माण्ड’ की यथार्थतः जानकारी के साथ ही दोनों में आपसी ताल-मेल बनाये रखने वाली होनी चाहिए!

व्याव्सायिक् शिक्षा और् Skill मॆ अन्तर् कॊ सम्झॆ और् व्यापक तरिकॆ सॆ समझायॆ. Soft skill inherited the Vocational with "Education". Its broad and Hard Skill only develop or create skilled manpower not for GDP growth as well as a good human being Indian citizen. - my experience as vocational passout and working experience about more than 20 years in VEP.

Vocational Education should be compulsory for all schools. In K.V.s Work Education Teachers , They are from technical background they can be assigned as Vocational Teachers,other schools can recruit vocational instructors,CBSE is offering 40 vocational courses,but these are not mandatory so most of the schools don't take interest in vocational courses, may be because of trying to improve their Academic Result or additional Overhead.I am attaching CBSE circular regarding vocational courses

Vocational edu can start from 9th sstandard.up to 8th all subject r necessary but in 9th upward make cchoice for stdt going to vocational, science or humanaties Stream. sports scl must be open for children.

1. Making the vocational subject a compulsory for passing examination.
2. Proper utilisation of material supplied.
3.Appointment of qualified instructors.
4. Vocational education is treated par with general education.
