There is a greater emphasis on integrating skills in education and a renewed focus on vocational education in secondary education. The National Vocational Education Qualification Framework (NVEQF) has been aligned with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF). The objective of this group will be examine the issues of enhancing acceptance of vocational qualifications, difficulties in implementing VE , ensuring horizontal and vertical mobility, availability of teachers. Some States have been effectively integrating vocational education in mainstream education. How can these be adopted or adapted across other States?

अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ज्ञान पर ही समाज का पूरा भविष्य आधारित है। अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ‘ज्ञान’ समाज सुधार और जीवोद्धार तथा सुखी-सम्पन्न समाज हेतु सर्वप्रथम सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण एवं सभी के लिए ही एक अनिवार्यतः आवश्यक विधान है । ईमान-सच्चाई-संयम-सेवा अनिवार्य होना चाहिये ! विद्या को कभी भी व्यावसायिक नहीं अपितु लक्ष्यमूलक व्यावहारिक ही होना चाहिए । यह तब ही सम्भव है जब कि ‘पिण्ड और ब्रह्माण्ड’ की यथार्थतः जानकारी के साथ ही दोनों में आपसी ताल-मेल बनाये रखने वाली होनी चाहिए!

Vocational education should be integrated with academic education as kids opting for vocational education should also be fully educated in liberal education with without science commerce subjects. The separate vocational schools will reinforce existing caste identities. Vocational education combined with academic education should aim at creating educated craft persons with business minds so that they don't be content and stagnate merely as artisans rather become over time own craft business.

govt. should take certain steps in education so that it could be made job oriented.apart from theoretical portion stress should be laid practical and vocational part of educa.this is only way through which india can cope with the menace of unemployment.
