"Yoga for Mental Health and Well-being" would be a relevant and timely theme for International Day of Yoga 2023. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of mental health, and yoga has proven to be an effective tool for promoting mental wellness. This theme could focus on the mental health benefits of yoga and encourage people worldwide to embrace yoga as a means of maintaining mental balance and stability. The theme could also highlight the need for greater awareness and support for mental health, promoting the idea that yoga can be an integral part of a holistic approach to mental wellness. Overall, this theme would be a powerful way to promote the practice of yoga and its benefits for mental and physical health.

1)Yoga for SDG 12 - Our health is connected with what we eat, how we live and what is our lifestyle. A perfect person who can control all this quality in his/ her life is doing yoga for sure. Hence to make life discipline and perfect in way of living, a responsible consumption pattern needs to be taken care. Again it's the responsibility of different organizations and individuals to create a sustainable, environment friendly production pattern which will support our life style. Also it will promote SDGs and #NoOneLeavesBehind
2)Yoga for SDG 13 - A discipline mind and body can be create through a good environment. Climate action hence a mighty role for a peaceful and successful life. Yoga and Climate is parallel to each other. If we are working on Yoga, we must also work with Climate action. A challenge can be taken place like If we are doing yoga for 30 min, let's switch off every electronic device 30 min.
