Since 2015, this day has been observed to remind people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga and build public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.

Dear All 9th IYD for the world and for India Every day is Yoga day traditionally as the inhale and exhale is pranayama and if in tension the body forget to do even this routine and pulse and 💜 heart gets effects. Hence the simple breathing techniques of pranayama were in trouble & experienced by many ex COVID 19 patients and few couldn't make it too. The best example is Singer Balu from South whose hospitalisation might have killed him as hospital is nursary of infection now a days and no extra day stay recommended The heavy inhale and immediate release of air gives improvement in blood oxygen levels as proved during my personal sickness during CORONA 1st wave 🌊 attack . My 92 to 98 O2 level always encouraged me during the critical juncture in 🧬 life The simple and increase of inhale air volume in tense situations helps all and I propose 30 mts breathing as meditation of survival in coming 3rd wave 🌊 of C 19 in India Let 9th IYD theme be heavy and daily breathing 30 mts for all
