The vastness of Yoga cannot be contained in a theme. For practical purposes it is necessary to do it . Two ways One for elimination of problem & one for prosperity /joy . There are different yogas for it . If yoga masters can design a routine for both at the same time nothing like it , examples
Yoga for diabetes free individual . ( like TB mukt, diabetes mukt ) , Yoga for paramanand /bliss , Yoga for stress free individual , Yoga for knowing that by which everything is known.
Any slogan, there should be a certainty & mathematical rule. ( SMART - specific , measurable, achievable realistic, time bound ) Do it for 1 hour daily for 365 days to achieve your aim . )
People r looking for solutions to critical problems or avoid them . No harm in having set of exercise to cure diabetes, obesity, lethargy, heart , intestine. . Yoga for containing genetic diseases ( sickle cells etc. )
Aim How to be in state of yoga 24*7 ( balance of body , mind inner/outer ever in joy)

"YOGA FOR UNITY"
Unity in Diversity Through Yoga. One of the core teachings of yoga is the concept of non-duality, which means that everything is interconnected and part of the same whole. This understanding can help to break down barriers and promote a sense of unity between individuals and communities that might otherwise seem very different. The practice of yoga has the potential to promote unity in diversity by helping individuals to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, and by cultivating empathy, compassion, and inclusivity.
