further to my comment's one can sit in padmasana and can take long breath and can release slowly , for this he can chant "OME ( pranava nadam) " karam. . this one has to do in systamatic way and each chanting should be eaqual. if any one do this , 4 to 5 chantings will take in one minute. while chanting pranava nadam our internal organ will vibrate systamatically and it will keep our organs healthy.

further to my comments yoga will make our surrounding pure. if any one enters into that place , one can feel calm , feel happy, feels pure and negative feeling will not enter to us. hence every one should allot certain time daily at a specific time and to do yoga. one can sit in padmasana posture and keep spinal card straight and observe silence. one can sit in posture do this yoga daily half an hour or one hour as per his ability.
