The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable

I think trees are must for smart city I don't mean garden but a small forest with plenty of trees and a lake with rare fishes, where rabbits moving around with swans and duck it would be nice to see deer too like I saw in Kanpur zoo .
I mean to say a small forest.

Using latest communication technologies the quality of connectivity between individuals should be enhanced. Communication between the citizens and the government should be made easy. Ways must be made out to reduce costs and resources while providing a more eco-friendly environment.
promoting and encouraging elements less harmful to the environment must be followed out. surveilance cameras covering every corner of city should be installed to detect crimes and to stop unlawful means .
