There should be strong fine for those who do not keep promises which are given in the Advertisement so that Advertiser will not misleads the fact. 3. If its misleading ads we should able to lodge a complaints in police station related to misleading ACT. These all things will able to control all false misleading ads

Recently I heard people saying we need to take permission from the Ward and Area Corporator and BBMP. Is permission really required? Do we need to make arrangements for the cleaning ourselves or do we get any help from BBMP? In my last message I said that India should prosper well than any other nation but for which you should be loved by every citizens of India without any difference. So the best way is to handle with the extreme problem faced by all Indians. Corruption will be the answer for it. Solution? “Just dismiss all the corruption cases through out India and prefix a date and instruct everybody including all Indian citizens that they should not promote corruption from that date” if so the action will be severe under law (May be with a new law or any amendments). Just empower every citizen to fight against corruption Modi ji. This will make even Congress to fall in love with you. In case if you wish to implement this idea take precautionary steps throughout India because this is not done by any nation as per my knowledge modi ji. we can have enemies and can face their jealous but traitors are worst. It might look as heavy loss but its all just for a better future of our INDIA. To tackle the heavy loss just provide your Prime Ministers bank account modi ji as a citizen I will deposit from my salary. Citizens of India and their familys should feel secured where ever they were present in the globe when my beloved modi ji is ruling INDIA. State level I go with our thalaivar kalaignar. Any advertise before in newspaper or on television they must collect necessary documents with approval form (to be made for advertise approval from media) which at least contains the who giving adds for which regions & what benefits to peoples. If any misleading found police can find details of this advertise from media who print in newspaper or shown on television. now I think this is not happen currently in newspaper office.

Before misleading advertisement are curbed, we should put a ban on advertisement on public utility properties like Electricity Boxes, Sign Boards Etc similar to Election Commision Direction effective used by N.R.Sehan as Chief Election Commissioner. Advertisement spaces should be created in all places for all purposes which can not be used by one political party alone by every type being ruling party. Everyone should get an opportunity as those who did not do will get priority over others who used the space for which central legislation can be enacted for entire country.
