Addressing his fellow Indians from the Red Fort on 15th August 2014 the Prime Minister called for replacing the Planning Commission with another Institution that is in sync with the modern times and most importantly in sync with the aspirations of 21st century India. The Prime Minister also emphasized on the important role the states have to play in taking the nation forward.

This forum invites your innovative ideas on what shape will this proposed institution take in terms of structure, composition and area of functioning. Please issue tickets or coupons for Prime Minister Relief Fund. In the occasion of national ceremony like Independence day, Republic day these ticket or coupons should released among people and students.Everyone is like to collect these tickets as a remember of that day.In the back side of that tickets,there should be a wishing message on the special day with prime minister signature. If student will make a habit to buy such coupons, they will learn their responsibility towards nation.

THE RAJYA SABHA SYSTEM IS MIS FIT IN DEMOCRACY . THE RAJYA SABHA MEMBERS SELECTION DOES NOT TAKE ANY CRITERION IN TO CONSIDERATION . RAJYA SABHA MEMBERS ARE NOT ELECTED THROUGH ELECTIONS VOTING BY PEOLE . MANY OF THE CANDIDATES LOST IN THE GENERAL ELECTIONS 2014 GOT NOMINATED TO RAJYA SABHA ENTERED PARLIAMENT OF INDIA AND ARE ALLOCATED IMPORTANT MINISTERIAL POSITIONS IN GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS IRRELEVANT AND ONLY HARMFUL TO DEMOCRACY ..

POST ONE -- THE CAPITOL FOR ANDHRA PRADESH -- THE STATEMENTS MADE BY THE SIVARAMA KRISHNAN COMMITTEE AGAINST CONSIDERING COASTAL DISTRICTS THAT IS KRISHNA AND TWO GODAVARI DISTRICTS FOR CAPITOL BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO GREEN FIELDS IS HIGHLY INVALID BECAUSE WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT IS CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE CAPITOL . AND FEW THOUSAND ACRES OF LAND FOR CAPITOL CAN BE CONVENIENTLY PROCURED FROM THESE DISTRICTS .

Many a times I wrote to Planning commission to listen to public to ascertain what India actually needs. Sitting in Ivory towers they never responded. PLNNg Comm should have a tamper proof portal to collect ideas from innovators and give due recognition to them instead of SIMPLY STEALING IDEAS to project as their own. I wrote to all to use the roofs of RLy platforms to make a highly paying market ,someone thereafter made same recommendation without ack my contribution.DO I MAKE SAME MISTAKE MORE

Abolish planning commission and a new advisory committee(NATIONAL ADVISORY AND ALLOCATION COMMISSION) is to be formed.The committee should be strictly non-political and should consist of eminent experts in the field of Engineering,Science and Technology,Economics,Planning and Statistics

sir we need a institute which make plan for short term(5 years), medium term(20 years), & long term(more then 20 year), it should plan for defense, urban development, healthcare,agriculture administrative & judicial reform.because this inst. plan more than five year so it should b a permanent inst. like our rajyasabha in wich after every two or more year we can change some of member.in this institute participation of opp. parties & all state should b necessary so not affected by change of gov.

instead of planning commission, there should be a board for the progress of India for next 100 years. members should be The members of parliament, members of all state legislative assembly,social workers, some experts from all fields. so they can plan for a long time without any partiality.

Planning Commision . In past 10 years it works as Group of people , planning for generating Commission income .. Its true ... but In 2014 n under Modi Ji vision of Developing India , this department will plays a major role . So a planning Commission should be such that which plans according to need for devolopment .. and most important is.. it is not only for planning but also for formulating .. Proper implementation .. and monitoring as such . Every state shud involve in diz for better planing
