I would like to suggest a fool proof idea for disaster relief like in the case of Kashmir. I have came to know through Entrepreneurship Development program that it is possible to construct 1 lakh house at the cost of 3 lakhs per house in a months time using coir playwood which is natural does not makes use of concrete blocks. I am basically a computer graduate with software development experience and am planning to start SME. Will be interested to take this idea forward if given an opportunity.

Separate planning for states and regions according to geography, general occupational pattern, level of industrialization/ agricultural opportunities, socio economic pattern of residing population, available skillsets of that region, general tendency on specific trade for MSME development. Economic policy should be targetted e.g Maoism infested areas/more money to tackle the menace. Hill areas, himalayan region, forests, controlled tourism. Also an agricultural/forest/ river grid around country.

SO FAR PLANNING COMMISSION DECIDED ON PROJECTS OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE BASED ON VARIOUS INPUTS FROM CENTRAL/STATE AGENCIES.NOW THAT HON'BLE PM
SOLICITS PEOPLE PARTICIPATION,IT WILL BE PROPER TO GET DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS FROM EVERY VILLAGE AND AFTER DUE CONSIDERATION COMMON OR MOST SOUGHT AFTER DEVELOPMENTS MAY BE GIVEN PRIORITY.FOR THE PURPOSE A VILLAGE/WARD LEVEL COMMITEE BE SETUP TO SUGGEST VIEWS.
ALSO FOR NON PLAN EXPENDITURE ZERO BASED BUDGETING CAN BE IMPLEMENTED.

Your idea of replacement of planning commission is appreciable. But you must add at least one representative from every state in the upcoming commission

Respected Narendrabhai modiji,
congratulation to your govt. for completing successfully and fruitful 100 days ,
As the expectations of the people of the county is more from you, i would like to suggest/ask for a system to evaluate the progress of ministers/respective MPs of their constituencies.
we have seen progress in macro level in these 100 days; but on grounds it is rather slow or negligible.

To, My Respected & Beloved Shri Narendra Modi (Prime Minister of INDIA) you have announced many policies, but it is a matter of disappointment that you have not announced any plan against Corruption. So I directly ask to your Plan about Vigilance, Prevention and Reduction of Corruption.
