sir there should be one law for everyone
the cantt should be abolished. the exclusive military ares should be made away from cantt. the civil part of cantt should be merge with munsipality since many big countries don't have concept of cantonement
this demand of civilians should be addressed by the government since the civilians still under the British old & strict rules

General data protection laws
India has also not yet enacted specific legislation on data protection. However, the Indian legislature did amend the Information Technology Act (2000) (“IT Act”) to include Section 43A and Section 72A, which give a right to compensation for improper disclosure of personal information.

Service Integration etc. SDCs would also provide better operation & management control and minimize overall cost of Data Management, IT Resource Management, Deployment and other costs.
SDC scheme has been approved by Department of Eletronics and IT, Government of India with an outlay of Rs. 30.88Crores over a period of 5 years.

State Data Centre (SDC) has been identified as one of the important element of the core infrastructure for supporting e-Governance Initiatives of National eGovernance Plan (NeGP).
