In India it is difficult to know the income of a business man. So there should be a machinery to watch their income any allowed them to pay tax. The salaried people are easily caught.

Actually in India property tax is not clear. Some person have lot of property( like real estate business or holding number of duplex etc ).They are not working at all but simply increasing their income/property by using that property. In current budget the person who have not owned a house/plot and less income should have some provision.Like plot /home at affordable cost where he is working for last 15 years(unorganized/private sector)

Proper monitoring authority for roads built in cities and towns should be established. today all contractors and local bodies are enjoying the freedom since they are not answerable to anyone other than public. N public is always taken for granted. Such an authority should monitor independently.
For affordable housing, rental housing schemes should be implemented at pilot basis. All properties to be owned by govt and rented to public. It is carried in Vienna right now.

Health Insurance to each and every citizen of the country must be given to the citizens of the country free of cost to ward off any financial implications in case of bad health of an individual. Moreover all the GPF money must be mandatorily invested in stock/share market to enjoy higher interest earning than through traditional ones like FD, Time Deposits with banks and post offices. The tax rate on such investments of GPF and Mutual Fund must be minute one or be made free of cost.
