sir, yesterday i saw 2 ambulance jammed on road. so i was thinking about how to give them way, then an idea came into my mind, if only it could be practically implemented. why cant we have a seperate lane in each and every highways and roads for ambulance , vips and police vans and other emergency services. there should be a lane seperated with concrete seperator and there should be a fine or other legal action on those other than above mentioned who try to enter into this lane and block it.

1. Start shools and hospitals in each district by Central government. This will make a lasting contribution as people later consider this as a benefit of demo. 2. To insetivise degital transaction and improving social security, bring a part of the digital transaction cost MDR or so to the social security of both the customer and shopper for small individual kirana shops. For big shops this divides among owner and all the employees. This step shall make everyone happily accept digital.

I would like to bring it to your notice that the MSME sector is very critical to our economy and a major contributor to the GDP. But a key challenge for this sector is information asymmetry given its spread and lack of awareness about various government scheme. Adoption of Performance and Credit Rating Scheme (PCRS) can boost financial discipline, disclosure and governance practices among MSMEs. It will also provide the required confidence to the lenders.

Government can create e-market and services for farming and government should promote natural ways of farming. 1.Direct government purchase of goods from farmers. 2.Supply chain management through e-market. 3.Government should fix the prices of farming products through e-market 4.vendor shops can purchase farm products through government only and they should vend products based on government prices. 5.Banking transactions made through government account ,used for improving agriculture.
