Mostly people view TV during night, Channels are giving Ad contents running from half hour to 1 hour. Giving ads for religious things, weight loss, etc. which do not have proven success. Misleading innocent people. A ban should be imposed to such ads. Filing criminal cases against the broadcasters. Also same should be done for fairness creams which are totally misleading, companies who claim about healthy food oils, energy & health milk additives they should market as tastemaker not as health.

See the misleading advertisement by UIDAI. "Aadhar is your birth right ". THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE. HOW does supplying foreign linked companies with my biometric data become my birthright ? Citizens are fooled by the government. Media is silent because they earn crores of revenue from advertisements and poor citizen is taken for a ride

Well it is very simple, fix the highest penalty for seller in case their product do not result as advertised and care for customer complaints strictly not just for the sake of calling a department as customer care.
