We will create awareness that the product can be tested and then only used. But the research is ongoing process. Generally organic products are environment friendly. good for health. for all. Govt can encourage to use organic products as go green, stopping the plastic bags giving in shops. In Maan ki baath we can tell about this awareness also. The result of the product should be 100% quliaty instead of 50 to 60 % quality. that awareness we need to create. So need to make aware\educate the peopl

citizen and action??????. Respt POM they are Aam Admi(70%). least aware about laws. it is org like SEBI,RBI,IRDA, these agencies should have task force to cater for such type of misleading adds after getting information.i found that in many cases of grievance which raised due to misleading adds, concern dpt rarely rply. it should be avoided. there should be a system which upgrades the complain to higher authority after non compliance of lower level .banks like IDBI is following such system.

Make a rule as a mandatory that every advertisement broadcasted/publicized must contain risk factors details also. Like side effects, threads, loss etc. Most liquor manufacturers are used to give advisement for SODA on the name of their popular alcohol product as protection from law. That should be eliminated , if company advertising a particular product, They should not market any other product on the same name or logo

Most of the people buying products after seeing advertisement and getting impressed by the actor/actress who casting in the advertisement as picture/video/voice as a beneficence role by using particular product. So i strongly suggest, make a rule so that, if any individual or public misleaded by the advertisement/product, Not only the manufacturer/agent/seller are responsible, the castor also responsible for the loss or dsiconfort

Media House today has gone to be a social demon. This is the main culprit facilitating such fraud companies with their concocted fancy slogans which attract many innocent individuals to buy several Non-Standards, Poor-Quality even Harmful Healthcare or Medical Products at quite higher price. There should be certain stringent rule to the broadcasters and a set of throgh parameter to be fulfilled by such advertisers so that the Good Quality, Standards and Safety be ensured in addition with cost.

In my opinion it is very simple. the person/ company want to give the ad in the news paper must represent the data authenticated to their claim from a certifying agency endorsing the claim.
